刘泽荣，安徽合肥人，职业画家。中国美术家协会会员，北京凤凰岭书院中国画创作院画家，合肥市文联美术创作中心主创画家。先后就读于，中国美术学院中国画系山水专业、中国美术学院首届山水高研班。 作品发表在《美术》、《美术世界》、《美术时空》、 《民族美术》、《美术报》、《中国书画报》等多家专业报刊及多部辞典中。出版有《新徽派山水画名家刘泽荣作品集》，《刘泽荣中国画作品集》，《刘泽荣山水画作品集》。
 2005年，第16届国际造型艺术大会 美术特展。（中国美协主办）
 2007年，参加第二届安徽美术作品大展。（优秀奖）
 2011年，主创巨幅城市水墨画《印象合肥》并被合肥市政府收藏。
 2012年，主笔创作《湖與胜境》被安徽省政府收藏。

Liu Zerong, born in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a professional painter. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a painter of the Chinese Painting Institute of Fenghuangling Academy in Beijing, and a principal painter of the art creation center of Hefei Federation of literary and art circles. He has successively studied in the Department of Chinese painting, China Academy of fine arts and the first landscape high research class of China Academy of fine arts His works are published in many professional newspapers and dictionaries, such as art, art world, art time and space, national art, art newspaper, Chinese painting and calligraphy newspaper, etc. He has published works of Liu Zerong, a famous landscape painter of new Anhui school, works of Liu Zerong, works of Liu Zerong.

In 2015, it was selected into the national Chinese painting exhibition of "noble character, lanhui life". (sponsored by China Art Association)

In 2015, it was selected into the Wannian Pujiang national landscape painting exhibition. (sponsored by China Art Association)
