叶其青，广东顺德人。现是中国美术家协会会员、广东美术家协会理事、广东画院聘职画家、佛山画院专职画家。从小刻苦自学美术。青少年时期家境贫寒，生活道路颇曲折坎坷，但从未间断对美术的学习与探索。高中毕业后，长期身处基层繁锁的工作中，而能坚持业余从事美术创作，不懈地对国画艺术及其题材有所追求，并带领“容奇画会”走出一条颇具影响的水乡风情国画之路。主要作品有：《四时花似锦》、《果香》、《水乡曲》、《园趣》、《沃土》、《悠悠南风》等。画面都以清新明快，富有乡土情调见长。
作品有《端午节的故事》入选第二届全国青年美展，《果乡曲》入选纪念建党60周年全国美展，《水乡曲》入选第六届全国美展，《巷战》入选中国体育美展。
