杨成忠，1941年生，江苏省扬州市人。1961年毕业于四川美术学院附中，现为云南画院副院长兼秘书长。中国美术家协会会员、中国版画家协会会员、云南水彩画艺委会副主任、云南省美协常务理事、二级美术师。
版画《村口》被中国美术馆收藏。版画《西双版纳之夏》参加第六届全国美展，获云南省优秀作品奖。版画《秋》参加第七届全国美展，获云南省美术作品二等奖。并到日本神户市博物馆参加中国现代版画展。版画《密林深处》等5幅作品参加秘境――云南版画艺术展在台湾展出。版画《山路》等2幅参加当代中国版画展一－云南篇在香港展出。
中国画《林中》参加云南省中国画展获三等奖，中国画《清溪》参加两岸著名书画家联合大展，中国画《山涧》参加中国画研究院主办的’98中国山水画展。
水彩画《金秋》被选入当代中国绘车精品大展在香港展出。水彩画《喜庆》入选第八届全国美展，获云南省庆祝建国45周年美展三等奖。水彩画《瓶花》等10幅作品参加云南当代水彩画珍品展。
论文《边疆民族特色析》被西南地区文艺理论研究会评为优秀论文奖。
1991年应邀到澳大利亚斯坦索普美术馆、昆士兰皇家美术馆举办展览，展出作品20余幅，4幅被收藏。1993年应邀访问日本参加日本相生町森林美术馆开馆典礼，一批版画作品参加展出，6幅版画被收藏。1997年应意大利佩鲁贾美术学院邀请赴意大利访问并举办画展，展出作品12幅，2幅被收藏。
