成邦(1944.10—)内蒙古东特木特人。擅长中国画。1964年毕业于内蒙古艺术学校美术班。后在邦温克旗文化馆、呼盟报社从事美术创作。1984年任鄂温克旗文化馆馆长，副研究馆员。作品《草原新声》获全国少数民族美术作品展优秀奖，《打草场上》入选第六届全国美展，《团结训》选入《成吉思汗史记》。
