王钟秀(1916.11—已故)字中岫、曾用名王毓英，河北承德人。擅长中国画。1935年毕业于热河省立师范专科学校，曾任申报社总校对、《艺苑》主编、鲁南第二临时师范美术教员、江苏常州地委文化服务团美术组组长，常州文联理事、辽宁锦州市第一学校美术教研组长，市美协副主席名誉主席、书画院艺术顾问等。作品国画《耕织图》、《观瀑图》入选第一届全国国画展，《把公路修过世界屋脊》入选第二届全国美展，《荒山变果园》入选第二届全国国画展。论文有《画筌新解》，师范教材有《伟大祖国艺术》、《美术欣赏》、《美术教学法》等。
