帕提古丽·库尔班(1944—)女，维吾尔族，新疆伊宁人。擅长中国画、剪纸。1968年毕业于中央民族大学美术系。当年分在新疆伊宁市文化馆工作，1976年调至湖北襄樊市书画院工作至今。副研究馆员。享受政府特殊津贴。作品《悄悄话》、《梳妆》、《牧歌》、《惠安女》、雪》、《意趣》等多次参加全国美展。剪纸《大力士》获全国第一次剪纸大展优秀奖，作品《浴》获全国第一次彩色剪纸展二等奖。
