徐斌(1935.5—)河南商水人。擅长中国画。1947年入大华艺术学校美术专业。1953年毕业于开封艺术学校美术专修班。历任中学、中师美术教员、安阳师专艺术科系主任、副教授。作品有《蛀虫啄尽新芽壮》、《思归图》、《我热爱服务行业》等。
