宁耀曾(1935.10—)原名曰曾，满族，北京市人。擅长油画、中国画。1954年毕业于中央美术学院，后在西安美术学院任教，教授。60年代以前从事油画教学和创作，作品曾参加首届全国美展、建军30周年美展、首届全国水彩画展、第四届全国美展等。1978年后致力于中国书画的教学与创作。著有《写意花鸟画法研究》、《水墨山水画法一百问》、《水墨画马技法研究》等。作品有油画《小电工》，中国画《山菊》、《向日葵》、《太白诗意》、《太华云烟》。
