荣伟(1957.6—)安徽六安人，1978年入六安师专美术系，1987年入南京师大美术系进修中国画，得到著名画家谭勇教授亲自指导。1993年进入南京师范大学中国画助教进修班学习，同年入福建高师培训中心中国画进修班学习硕士研究生课程，1998年入安徽师大成人美术教育本科班中国画专业学习。历任皖西学院艺术系主任、副主任、美术专业副教授。中国美术家协会会员，六安市美术家协会主席。
其作品《晨雾》（1989年创作）入选安徽省庆祝建国40周年美术作品展，后获安徽省文化厅、省美协二等奖，并参加第七届全国美术作品大展，入选《全国七届美术展览中国画集》。多副作品入选国家级和省级美展：工笔《凌秋》入选中国青少年发展基金会、中国美术家协会、日本安部牡丹园和日本共同通讯社共同举办的“中国四季”美术作品展；工笔《秋趣》等三幅作品入选中国美术家协会主办的第入次新人新作展；工笔《得雨》入选中国文化部、中国美术家协会主办的第八届全国美术作品展；工笔《秋韵》入选安徽当代中国画展（赴广州展出），并获省文化厅颁发的美术作品优秀奖；工笔《秋》入选由中国美术家协会主办的纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年美术作品展。此外，连续七年在香港地区出版个人工笔小品年历画，荣获安徽省徐悲鸿美术教育三等奖。
