聂鸥(1948-)，女，辽宁新民人。自幼爱画。中学毕业后到山西雁北农村。1978年入中央美术学院中国画系研究生班，曾受蒋兆和、叶浅予、李可染、刘凌沧诸先生指导。二级美术师，现为北京画院画家，中国美术家协会理事。

擅长版画、水墨人物画、油画、连环画，作品多次参加全国、地区及数人联展，?多次赴国外参展。曾在新加坡及台湾分别举办个展。作品曾获全国美展铜牌奖，中日水墨画优秀奖，北京美展甲等奖、优秀奖等。

另有作品为中国画研究院、北京市美协、中央美术学院等处收藏。1987年、1988年分别在新加坡、台湾举办个人画展。出版有《聂鸥水墨画》、《水墨——聂鸥》，《梦归园田聂鸥画集》等9集。

2002年当代中韩代表画家联展；

2003年1月浙江人美出版<名家名品-聂鸥>画册；7月美术馆《开放的时代》画展。水墨画《高山流水人家》参展；

现为北京画院一级画家，中国美术家协会理事。

 作品有水墨画<夏日> 、《醉翁亭记》等 。

连环画<人生>获第六届全国美展铜质奖章、全国第三届连环画创作评奖荣誉奖，藏于中国美术馆；《五个女子和一根绳子》获全国连环画十佳作品奖；中国画<早霜>等获中日水墨画优秀奖 。

另有作品为中国画研究院、北京市美协、中央美术学院等国内外美术机构和个人收藏。

1987年、1988年分别在新加坡、台湾举办个人画展 。

 作品曾获全国美展铜奖、优秀奖；北京市美展甲等奖、优秀奖；中日水墨画展优秀奖；全国连环画十佳作品奖。曾在国内外多次参加画展及举办个人画展。

出版：《聂鸥水墨画》、《回响—聂鸥画集》、《梦归园田—聂鸥画集》、《又回山乡—聂鸥画集》、《中国当代美术家画传聂鸥卷》等多部画集。

 从事中国画创作的当代女画家中，除了周思聪，我最喜爱又熟悉的应该是聂鸥了。

对于这样一位卓有成就、倾注全力、苦苦求索却只为“得其自在”“顺乎自然”的画家，什幺名望、什幺奖项都变得无足轻重了。

人和自然在山雨欲来时仍那幺从容散淡，山乡日常生活就是这种感觉。那里的一丛草、一片云，包括老乡的大脚丫，都是画家挥之不去的亲切记忆，表达是情之所致，不需刻意矫饰。难能可贵的是，聂鸥不论插队当知青还是成为北京画院的名画家，为人处世一如她的作品：富有个性又朴实无华。

浑厚的笔墨意趣、稚拙可亲的造型既是她对传统文化精粹的承继，又是她返朴归真的心灵需求，强化个性体验的独特语言使她的作品富有原创意味。而这正是区别艺术高下的重要标准。

 聂鸥为中央美院出身，有着过硬的艺术功底。加之她身为女性，用更加柔软的视角来观察事物，在由男性画家占多数 的画坛中，显得尤为独特。

这幅画作为人物画，可是仔细观赏却发现，作者用了很多的笔墨来细细描绘景致。颇有意思的是，这些似木非木、似竹非竹的植物在淡墨的渲染下构成了独特的景象。这些景象引人浮想联翩，它像是墨色的雨，那位天真可爱的姑娘正在避雨。即使是雨，也是宁静的雨；可是它又像是树木华茂的树冠，这树冠遮天蔽日而投下了暗影，那姑娘便从暗影中穿过，依旧安静如斯。

最让人惊叹的便是作者对小姑娘的描绘，全篇都是墨色渲染，唯独小姑娘的裤子鲜红亮丽，让人过目难忘。与颜色形成鲜明对比的是，作者模糊了小姑娘的表情。无论是头顶是雨也好，是树冠也罢，这个小姑娘清纯天真一如当初，一幅不为所动的模样。这便是人淡如菊吧。

 Nie Ou (1948-), female, Xinmin, Liaoning Province. Love painting since childhood. After graduation from middle school, I went to Yanbei rural area of Shanxi Province. In 1978, he joined the postgraduate class of the Department of Chinese Painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He was guided by Mr. Jiang Zhaohe, Ye Shaoyu, Li Keran and Liu Lingcang. Second-level artist, now a painter of Beijing Academy of Painting, director of China Artists Association.

He is good at printmaking, ink figure painting, oil painting and comic strips. His works have participated in national, regional and several joint exhibitions for many times, and have participated in foreign exhibitions for many times. He has held solo exhibitions in Singapore and Taiwan. His works have won bronze medals in the National Art Exhibition, excellent Chinese and Japanese ink painting awards, first class awards in Beijing Art Exhibition, excellent awards and so on.

Other works are collected by the Chinese Academy of Painting, the Beijing Art Association and the Central Academy of Fine Arts. In 1987 and 1988, individual art exhibitions were held in Singapore and Taiwan respectively. He has published 9 collections of Nie Gull's Ink Painting, Ink Painting - Nie Gull, Dream Back Garden Nie Gull Painting Collection and so on.

Born in May 1948, Han nationality, born in Liaoning Province. From childhood, he studied painting for six years at Beijing Children's Palace.

In 1978, he was admitted to the Graduate School of Chinese Painting, Central Academy of Fine Arts.

He graduated in 1981 and was assigned to Beijing Academy of Painting as a professional painter in the same year.

In 1994, the University of Hong Kong collected oil paintings "Snowy Hours";

In 1995, she participated in the exhibition of works of Chinese women painters, China Art Museum.

He participated in the exhibition of Beijing Academy of Painting in 1997. Indonesia made an artistic investigation;

In 1999, he participated in the exhibition of 21 famous Chinese artists across the century at the Chinese Art Museum, and published a collection of paintings. He also participated in the exhibition of excellent works of the Ninth National Art Exhibition.

2000-2001 Beijing Painting Academy Six Painters Exhibition. He participated in the exhibition of modern Chinese ink painting and sculpture held by the China Exhibition Exchange Center of the Ministry of Culture and traveled to France, Britain and Austria.

2002 Joint Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese and Korean Painters;

In January 2003, Renmei of Zhejiang Province published the album of "Famous Artists - Nie Ou". In July, the exhibition of "Open Age" in the Art Museum. Ink and wash painting "Alpine Running Water Home" exhibition;

Now he is a first-class painter of Beijing Academy of Painting and a director of China Artists Association.

His works include ink painting Summer and Drunken Wong Pavilion.

The comic strip "Life" won the bronze medal of the 6th National Art Exhibition and the honorary award of the 3rd National Comic Creation Award, which was hidden in the Chinese Art Museum; Five Women and a Rope was awarded the 10th National Comic Work Award; and the Chinese painting "Early Frost" was awarded the excellent Chinese and Japanese ink painting prize.

Other works are collected by Chinese Academy of Painting, Beijing Art Association, Central Academy of Fine Arts and other domestic and foreign art institutions and individuals.

In 1987 and 1988, individual art exhibitions were held in Singapore and Taiwan respectively.

His works have won bronze prize and excellent prize in the National Art Exhibition, first prize and excellent prize in Beijing Art Exhibition, excellent prize in the Chinese and Japanese Ink Painting Exhibition, and ten best works prize in the national comic strip. He has participated in many painting exhibitions and held personal exhibitions at home and abroad.

Among the contemporary female painters engaged in Chinese painting creation, besides Zhou Sicong, my favorite and familiar one is Nie Ou.

For such a successful, dedicated, hard-working painter who only "gets comfortable" and "conforms to nature", all the prestige and awards have become insignificant.

People and nature are still calm and relaxed when the mountains and rains are coming, which is the feeling of daily life in the mountains and villages. The grass and clouds there, including the big feet of the villagers, are lingering fond memories of the painters. Expressions are the result of feelings, without deliberate pretension. It is precious that Nie Ou, whether as an educated youth or as a famous painter in Beijing Academy of Painting, behaves as well as her works: full of individuality and simple and unadorned.

The strong interest of brush and ink and the naive and amiable shape are not only her inheritance of the essence of traditional culture, but also her spiritual need to return to simplicity and authenticity, and the unique language of strengthening personality experience makes her works full of original flavor. This is an important criterion to distinguish art from art.

Nie Gu, born in the Central Academy of Fine Arts, has excellent artistic skills. In addition, as a woman, she observes things from a softer perspective, which is particularly unique in the field of paintings dominated by male artists.

This painting is a figure painting, but after careful viewing, it is found that the author used a lot of pen and ink to depict the scenery in detail. Interestingly, these non-wood-like, bamboo-like non-bamboo plants in light ink rendering constitute a unique scene. These scenes are imaginative. They are like ink rain. The innocent and lovely girl is sheltering from the rain. Even rain is a quiet rain; but it is also like a tree crown with luxuriant trees. The crown shadows the sky, and the girl passes through the shadows, still quiet.

The most amazing thing is the author's description of the little girl. The whole story is rendered in ink. Only the girl's pants are bright red and unforgettable. In contrast to the color, the author blurred the girl's expression. Whether it's the rain or the crown, the little girl is as innocent as she was at the beginning, and she is as immovable as ever. This is the light as chrysanthemum.
