雷正民，1933年出生于山西省太原市，原籍平遥。1949年毕业于华北大学文艺学院美术科，1951年毕业于中央美术学院。中国美术家协会会员，活跃于当今画坛的著名画家、美术评论家，现为臻纪签约艺术家。

1978年以来任职于中国美术家协会，长期从事美术组织领导工作和社会艺术活动，历任中国人民志愿军政治部文化部美术组长，八一电影制片厂美工、编辑，原中国美术家协会书记处常务书记、第八届全国美展组委会秘书长、全国首届中国山水画展评选评奖委员会主任、全国首届中国花鸟画展览组委会评委会主任、正义和平国际美术作品展览评委会主任、中国美术家丝绸之路考察团团长等。兼任社会职务有中国书画家联谊会顾问，北京齐白石艺术研究会顾问，中国清风书画家协会顾问，中国同泽书画研究院名誉院长，浙江美术报顾问，北京中华文化促进会副会长兼艺术美学研究会会长，中华人民共和国国史学会理事，鲁艺校友会常务理事，中国少数民族美术促进会副会长，北京中华文化促进会艺术美学研究会会长等。

在中央美术学院美干班，年画《结婚登记》由人民美术出版社出版，宣传画《慰问志愿军》发表于《人民画报》，作油画《任弼时》；

1951年

在朝鲜，中国人民志愿军政治部文化部任美术组长。作有宣传画、连环画多件；

1953年

调任八一电影制片厂任副美工师、编辑；

1962年

电影海报、水彩画等于全军二届美术作品展展出；

1969年

“文革”中下放工厂曾在工会做宣传工作；

1978年

调任中国美术家协会办公室主任；

1979年

组织各地连环画家赴洛阳、敦煌、麦积山、西安、永乐宫、大同等地参观学习，代表美协前往组织了这次活动；

1985年

第四届全国美术家代表大会后任中国美术家协会书记处书记；

1986年

去东北林区，在伊春、牙克石、加格达旗、大小兴安岭、长白山、天池、镜泊湖等地游；

1987年

任美术家丝绸之路考察团团长和各地五十位画家赴甘肃、新疆考察两个月；

1989年

主编《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》出版；

1990年

作为中国美术家代表团团长，带团参观“现代中国美术展”在日本东京的展出，并举行研讨会；

1991年

与王朝闻、常莎娜一起出席在法国巴黎秋季沙龙展出的“中国现代美术作品展”在日本东京的展出，并举行研讨会；

1992年

出席在德国莱法州举行的“雷正民、杨松林、董克俊、梁明诚当代中国美术四人展”；

1993年

任全国首届中国山水画评委会主任赴合肥；

《古壁泻泉图》参展，展后发表参评随想一文；

十件作品参加在中央美术学院举办的“岁月”画展，并记其事发表于《美术研究》；

1994年

赴新加坡出席当代中国油画展活动；

作为第八届全国美展秘书长，参与和主持了全过程工作；

1995年

作为中国文联代表团成员赴西藏祝贺西藏文联成立三十周年活动，在拉萨和日喀则参观佛教寺庙艺术、民间艺术等；

1996年

作为美术家代表出席中国文联第六次全国代表大会；

主持编辑并参与写作概述45年《当代中国美术》一书出版；

1998年

文集《美术现状散评》出版；

作品捐赠“功在千秋扶贫书画展”并担任组委、评委参与组织工作；

参加第五次全国美代会，年底离休。卸任行政工作后全力创作活动；

1999年

在兰州汉唐诗书画院举行个人作品展，并在西北师大美术系讲学；

2000年

三赴贵州采风后，作品参加在贵阳和北京的“贵州行书画展”；

两赴周庄，创作系列作品，展出于中国文联、江苏文联举办的“周庄风情展”；

两赴河南林州，为中国文联书画艺术中心举办的全国山水画研修班讲课，并在林虑山写生；

敦煌文物发现一百周年之际，应甘肃文化厅之邀，与沈鹏等书画家赴敦煌、兰州参观与交流；

 七十年代后专攻中国画山水画。五、六十年代作品曾参加过全军美展等，还参加过赴莫斯科的造型艺术展，八十年代以后，屡有作品参加全国性、专题性画展。先后带团访问日本、法国、德国、新加坡等，进行学术交流，并有作品在法国、德国、美国、日本、韩国、新家坡、澳大利亚等国展出和收藏。艺术上尊循传统出新，讲究笔墨意趣，广泛吸收借鉴，倾心抒发胸襟，表现时代精神。作品：《中华大地》、《横空出世》、《古壁泻泉》、《江峡飞渡》、《龙庆风光》、《山野泉流图》、《渔村清晓》、《不尽长江滚滚来》等

著作：《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《当代中国画家作品选》、《全国水彩画作品集》等。并参予《当代中国·美术卷》编著。

He is the executive director of China Artists Association, a famous painter and art critic. Part-time social positions include consultant of Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, consultant of Beijing Qibaishi Art Research Association, consultant of Zhejiang Art Newspaper, vice-president of Beijing Chinese Culture Promotion Association and chairman of Art Aesthetics Research Association, director of the National History Society of the People's Republic of China, executive director of Lu Yi Alumni Association, and Vice-President of China National Minority Art Promotion Association. He is the president of Art Aesthetics Research Association of Beijing Chinese Culture Promotion Association.

Lei Zhengmin, born in 1933 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, was born in Pingyao. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the College of Arts and Literature of North China University in 1949 and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1951. As a member of China Artists Association, he is a well-known painter and art critic active in today's art circle. He is now a contract artist for the Quan Ji period.

Since 1978, he has served in the Chinese Artists Association, and has been engaged in leading work of art organizations and social art activities for a long time. He has been successively the head of the fine arts group of the Ministry of Culture of the Political Department of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army, the artist and editor of the Bayi Film Studio, the former executive secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Artists Association, the Secretary-General of the Organizing Committee of the Eighth National Art Exhibition, and the whole Director of the Selection and Award Committee of the First China Landscape Painting Exhibition, Director of the Organizing Committee of the First China Flower and Bird Painting Exhibition, Director of the Jury of the International Art Exhibition of Justice and Peace, and Head of the Silk Road Investigation Delegation of Chinese Artists, etc. Part-time social positions include consultant of Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, consultant of Beijing Qibaishi Art Research Association, consultant of China Qingfeng Calligrapher and Painter Association, honorary president of Tongze Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, consultant of Zhejiang Art Newspaper, vice president of Beijing Chinese Culture Promotion Association and chairman of Art Aesthetics Research Association, and National History Society of the People's Republic of China. Director, Standing Director of Lu Yi Alumni Association, Vice President of China Minority Art Promotion Association, President of Beijing Chinese Culture Promotion Association Art Aesthetics Research Association, etc.

After the 1970s, he specialized in Chinese landscape painting. Works in the 1950s and 1960s have participated in the Army Art Exhibition and other plastic arts exhibitions in Moscow. Since the 1980s, works have frequently participated in national and thematic art exhibitions. He led a delegation to Japan, France, Germany and Singapore for academic exchanges. His works were exhibited and collected in France, Germany, the United States, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Australia. Art respects tradition and innovates, pays attention to the interest of pen and ink, extensively absorbs and draws lessons from it, and expresses the spirit of the times. Works: The Earth of China, the Birth of Hengkong, the Ancient Wall Xiequan, the Feidu River Gorge, the Longqing Landscape, the Flow Map of Wild Springs, the Clear Dawn of Fishing Village, the Rolling of the Unlimited Yangtze River, etc.
