 沈学仁 男，1941年6月生，山东潍坊市人。教授。早年受教于吴作人、刘海粟、李苦禅等老一辈艺术家。1966年毕业于中央工艺美术学院，获联合国国际交流大学博士学位，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，中国花鸟画研究会理事，中国民族文艺家协会常务副会长，中国行业发展研究中心特高级研究员，中国国际名人协会顾问，联合国世界和平基金会文化艺术交流大使，英国皇家联合科学院荣誉院士，世界文化艺术研究中心研究员，文化部文化市场发展中心特聘画师，享受国家专家特殊津贴。曾在北京、美国、日本、法国、加拿大、新加坡、台湾等国家和地区举办过多次个展，当地电视台、报刊都有专题介绍，作品被一些博物馆和收藏家收藏。1980年与画友创办中国花鸟画研究会，任副秘书长，1978年创办百花画会，任会长，曾应邀为中国人民大会堂、新华社、人民日报社、中央电视台、飞机场、中国展览公司等绘制巨幅作品，应邀为加拿大安大略省美术馆、多伦多大学等讲授中国画，出版《沈学仁画选》、《中国画技法》、《花鸟画技法》等书。简历载入国家人事部出版的《中国专家大辞典》等多部辞书画册，中央电视台，人民日报多次专题介绍。1999年回国，与徐永斌先生共同创立沈学仁美术馆（沈学仁画廊），沈学仁画廊（美术馆）已成为中国规模最大、服务优、品位高的专业画廊（美术馆）之一，也是第一家在国内进行行业连锁的民营企业，在北京、成都、苏州、哈尔滨、西安、张家港、济南、唐山、淄博等全国各地设立了十几家沈学仁画廊分店和加盟店。先后荣获五星级画廊、中国十大画廊、文化部颁布的中国5A级诚信画廊等荣誉称号。

 1986年在日本举办的“国际水墨画展”获优秀奖；1988年举办的“新日美展”获优秀奖。曾获“世界名人艺术大典”作品展金奖、最高荣誉奖，“中华民族艺术杯”金奖，新加坡“醒狮杯”中国全国精品书画创作大赛特等奖，1999年第二届华人艺术大奖赛国际荣誉金奖、第三届特别金奖，中国百年风云人物金奖，文化部文联、人民画报社主办的2000年世界华人艺术展银奖，2000年通过文化部批准的第一批ISC2000艺术品价值标准评定。

2002年特等奖，2003年最佳作品奖，文联主办的中国书画名家名作大展金奖，2003年受邀参展由文化部、中国画研究院主办的“当代中国画成就展”、2006年被特邀参展由中国国家博物馆主办的“21世纪书画珍藏展”等。2007年在中国世纪大采风活动中被评为“中华十佳世纪英才”，同年作品被联合国世界和平基金会收藏并被授予“世界和平艺术成就奖”、“世界艺术大师”等荣誉称号，2009年中国行业发展研究中心授予“全国首批行业优秀人才模范勋章”，同年被中国民族文艺家协会授予“共和国60年功勋文艺家”，在庆祝共和国60周年举办的“新中国文化艺术事业纪念大会”上被授予新中国绘画艺术最高荣誉奖。
