王英钢(1968年～)河北石家庄人，字伯揆。斋号百尺老藤屋,有鸣堂。现居河北石家庄,中国美协会员。出版有《王英钢画集》、《王英钢作品精选》、《王英钢精品集》、《怎么画小动物》，《当代名家档案——王英钢》。

 90年毕业于河北师范大学美术系(现美术学院)，2004年进修于中央美术学院中国写意画高研班，2005年毕业于杭州师范美术学院何水法花鸟画高研班，河北国画院副院长兼秘书长，国家一级美术师,现为北京职业画家。绘画作品多次参加全国美术展览，中青年绘画展及国际书法绘画展览并分别荣获过一、二、三等奖，最高创作奖、优秀奖等，其中《暖冬》入展中国美协主办“2002年中国西部大地情中国画展”，2003年《闲枝鸟迹》入展中国美协主办首届北京双年展“全国当代花鸟画艺术大展”，《松韵幽禽》入展中国美协主办“首届中国写意画作品展览”，《芦花吹雪一江寒》入展2007中国画大展等等。从95年至今分别在山东、河北、河南、北京、江苏、四川、新疆、福建、甘肃、辽宁、安徽、浙江、广东等地举办个人展览四十余次。多幅作品被国内外艺术机构及个人珍藏。

Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Hebei Normal University (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in 1990, advanced to the Chinese Freehand Brushwork Higher Research Class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2004, graduated from the He Shuifa Flower and Bird Painting Higher Research Class of Hangzhou Normal Academy of Fine Arts in 2005, Vice President and Secretary-General of Hebei Traditional Chinese Painting Academy, national first-level artist, and now a professional paint Painting works have participated in many national art exhibitions, young and middle-aged painting exhibitions and international calligraphy painting exhibitions and won first, second and third prizes, the highest creation awards, excellent awards, etc. Among them, "Warm Winter" was exhibited by the Chinese Association of Fine Arts, sponsored by the "2002 China Western Land Love Chinese Painting Exhibition", and in 2003, "Bird Traces in the Leaf Branches" was exhibited by the Chinese Association of Fine Arts. Many works have been collected by domestic and foreign art institutions and individuals.
