(1964.8—)又名张伟平，号乐水斋主。出生于杭州。1989年毕业于中国美术学院中国画系，先后获文学学士学位、硕士 学位；2008年毕业于中国艺术研究院研究生院，获文学博士学位。现为中国美术学院继续教育学院教授、中国美术家协会会员、文化部青年联合会委员、美术创作委员会委员、杭州市美协副秘书长、浙派中国画研究院院务委员、济南华阳书画院院长、浙江浦江中国画研究院副院长、硕士导师。
作品入选“‘第七’、‘第八’、‘第十’届全国美展”及“首届中国画山水画展”并获“第七届全国美展”银奖。出版有《中国当代书画篆刻家缀英——张伟平作品》、《中国当代书画名家——张伟平作品》、《南北彩墨·张伟平作品集》、《艺术与生活·张伟平》、《张伟平国画精选》、《中国当代名家技法解析·南国春秋》、《中国当代名家画库·山水篇——张伟平作品》等。中央电视一台《美术星空》栏目、中央电视四台《走遍中国》栏目做专题艺术报道与采访。
系第七届全国美展银奖得主。
