熊广琴（1965.12—），女，江苏南京人，中央美术学院中国画专业毕业，中国国家博物馆展览策划与美术工作部一级美术师。
1995年参加了江苏省女美术家作品展，中国女画家作品展。1996年参加了江苏省青年美展，加拿大·中国画精品展，在新加坡举办个展。1997年参加了中日水墨画交流展，在德国、法国举办个展。1998年参加了中国·加拿大美术作品交流展，浙江省花鸟画展。2000年参加了江苏省美术馆女画家邀请展、“又一道风景”——女美术家作品展、“中国共产党成立八十周年绘画、书法、摄影作品展”，作品被江苏省美术馆收藏。2002年参加了南京市美协“春在花枝”花鸟画提名展、十竹斋“第三回·三月画展”、“在延安文艺座谈会上讲话发表六十周年美术作品展”。2003年参加了南京美术馆四人作品联展、南京·大田中韩第九回交流展、十竹斋“第四回·三月画展”，作品被南京美术馆收藏。2004年参加了第十届全国美展、“傅抱石奖”·南京水墨传媒三年展、南京·大田中韩第十回交流展、江苏省美术馆“第五回·三月画展”，获建国55周年江苏省美展优秀奖。2005年参加了首届中国写意画大展、国际造型美术大会·美术特展、全国中国画名家邀请展、南京水墨传媒展、南京书画院优秀画家提名展、江苏省花鸟画大展。2006年被南京市文化局评为“南京优秀画家”，参加“南京优秀画家提名展”、南京·大田第十一届中韩交流展、中央国家机关职工书画摄影展并获三等奖。2007 参加了中国文联“世界华人·中国书画艺术精品大展”、“水墨中国2007'俄罗斯中国文化节中国书画家邀请展”。2008年参加了中央美院研究生作品展，获优秀作品奖，作品被中央美院收藏；参加教育部优秀研究生作品展；作品被中国美术馆收藏。2009年参加了文化部“祖国好——全国文化系统职工书画展”，并获三等奖；“翰墨天香——中国画名家邀请展”。
绘画和书法作品曾在《美术》、《美术观察》、《国画家》、《艺术界》、《美术界》、《画刊》、《中国画》、《中国花鸟画》、《美术报》等刊物发表。
主要著作论文有：《熊广琴画集》、《中国画“南北宗论”批判》、《中国名画家精品集——熊广琴》、《不同的孤愤和狂放——徐渭朱耷花鸟画比较》等。

熊广琴的写意花鸟画的艺术特色、格调和境界，可以概括为“清雅嫩逸，独抒性灵”。其作品松而静、清而幽，如行云流水般的自然，有时还透着一种超然、怡然的优雅。
