路波，字平之，号壶公，生于1958年7月，山东滨州人，毕业于山东师范大学美术系，滨州日报社编辑。中国美术家协会会员；中国国画家协会会员；九三学社社员。中国笔墨研究院副院长。中国著名画家郭石夫先生入室弟子。
