张平子，1974年生于黑龙江绥棱县，毕业于绥化地区美术专业学校。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员、中国水墨研究院副院长兼秘书长、北京南海画院副院长、中国诗歌学会会员、北京市大兴区美协副主席、北京市大兴区书协副主席兼创作委员会主任。
