安奇，原名安建华，1966年生于江苏盐城。1991年毕业于解放军艺术学院。2004年考入中国国家画院首届人物画高研班刘大为工作室。现为职业画家、中国美术家协会会员、中国硬笔书法家协会会员、江苏省书法家协会会员、北京东方祥和书画院展览部主任、中国人民对外友好协会艺术创作院创作员、《中国书画报道》杂志社编委。
