张子，教授、画家，世界艺术家协会副主席、中国画家协会理事、中国美术家协会河北分会会员。2001年《苏轼》入选“纽约中国书画艺术展”（美国纽约）；2007年《乡恋如歌》入选“中日书画艺术名家交流展”（日本东京）；2009年《牧歌》入选“当代中国画名家邀请展”（中国北京）。作品先后被美国纽约、日本东京、泰国曼谷、韩国首尔和国内艺术机构及藏家收藏。被授予“中国艺术名家”、“中国著名实力派书画百家”荣誉称号。著有《张子绘画艺术》、《中国艺术名家张子》、《中国著名实力派画家张子》。

自1985年先后毕业于河北大学工艺美术学院雕塑专业、北京师范大学美术教育专业。
