张建明(1945.8—)河北省辛集市人。擅长中国画。自学美术。1968年毕业于解放军外国语学院。后在总参某部工作，历任干事、处长、专职干部、中国驻外大使馆武官等职。作品多次参加全军、全国美展。代表作有《昔阳河山展新容》、《光辉的历程》、《哨兵之歌》、《漫漫长征路》、《江南春》等组画。《永世长存》为毛主席纪念堂收藏。出版有《写生山水画创作技法》。2002年在尼泊尔首都加德满都举办“张建明艺术展”。
