黎明，字黎峻名，号溪峰堂堂主，出生于1948年6月，江西赣州人。早年师承钟炳芳、黄意企等名家，1987年进入赣南师范学院艺术系，1994年任赣州中山书画院副院长兼秘书长，1998年任江南宋城书画院院长。现为中国美协江西会员、国家一级美术师、当任北京涉外经济学院特聘教授、中国柳倩艺术研究学院教授、中国青岛求实艺术学院客座教授、世界杰出艺术家协会副主席、中国武陵书画家协会荣誉主席、中华当代书画艺术研究会荣誉主席、北京五洲书画研究会常务副主席、中国国际书画院副院长、中国国际经典书画院副院长、中国北方画院荣誉院长、中国乡土艺术协会美术工艺专业委员会副主仼、北京燕都书画院常务副院长等职务。他自幼酷爱绘画，向往着大自然广袤的天地，他抱着立誓要为祖国山河立传的宏愿，足迹遍布祖国的山山水水，将大好河山景致付诸笔端。几十年来他在崎岖的艺术道路上勇攀高峰，他凭借深厚的造型功底和娴熟的技法，用求真务实的理念，把他的山水画诠释得形神兼备、自然典雅、浑厚华滋、气势恢宏，充分体现了画家热爱祖国大好河山的博大胸怀。他的山水画作品，用不同的审美角度和艺术观为其作品注入了现实主义和浪漫主义相结合的元素，其笔下的山水气质俱盛、神情逼真、气韵生动，用传统的笔墨功底加之现代的思维，探索、实践、尝试、创造，使他的作品富于现代山水的永恒精神，注入了新的时代气息，达到了一种身临其境、宁静致远的境界。其独特的表现形式构成了黎明山水的鲜明特色，其独创的来自大自然的一笔皴法，使人感觉魅力无穷！其作品多次参加全国各类书画大赛并获奖，几百幅美术作品发表在全国扳刊杂志上，多篇美术学术论文发表在国家级刊物上。其业绩入编二十多部辞书，并出版有《黎明山水画集》《黎明山水画选集》。曾获得“中国山水画大家”、“当代最具影响力的艺术名家”、“当代最具收藏价值的书画名家”及“首届全国百名德艺双馨书画艺术家”的荣誉称号。
