万德银，出生于重庆，现为国务院中国亚太经济发展研究中心国（宾）礼特供艺术家，中国美术家协会会员，香港国际书画院山水画艺术委员会副主席，中国书画名家研究会主席团成员，江苏省国画院特聘画家，滨州职业学院建筑与艺术设计系副主任。

2002年作品《山村古宅》获得“中华人民共和国文化部文化艺术人才中心”主办的“世界华人艺术展”铜奖；作品《径涧长流》获得“中华人民共和国文化部社会文化司”主办的“中国国际科技文化成果博览会书画大展”金奖；作品《夜明珠的传说》入选“中国美术家协会”主办的“迎奥运会全国中国画展”；作品《雪融春发》入选“中国美术家协会”主办的“西部辉煌全国中国画展”。

2003年作品《清秋明月》入选“中国美术家协会”主办的“全国第十七次新人作展”；作品《象外泻玄泉》入选“中国美术家协会”主办的“海潮杯全国中国画大展”。

2005年作品《清秋》获得“中国美术家协会”主办的“长江颂全国中国画展”优秀奖；作品《秋光》获得“中国美术家协会”主办的“全国中国画作品展”优秀奖。

2006年作品《峥嵘》入选“中国美术家协会”主办的“纪念中国美术大师李苦禅艺术馆及全国中国画作品提名展”。

2008年作品《归隐图》被“中央党校”收藏；作品《山村老宅》入选“中国国家画院艺术交流中心”主办的“回顾印象”展。

2008年入编《中国收藏》(中国收藏杂志社)、中国当代美术家作品选集(中国民族摄影艺术出版社)，同年年6月21日，在国际大唐拍卖有限公司”迎奥运盛世”拍卖会中<<山里有人家>>已17万元拍出。

2009年入编《巅峰艺术》、《当代名家》杂志、《名家名作》（人民美术出版社出版）。
