王阔海画作

王阔海(原名王克海)，1952年出生于山东招远市，1970年入伍，1989年毕业于解放军艺术学院国画系，现为中国美术家协会理事，中国工笔画学会常务理事。第二炮兵政治部创作室专职画家，国家一级美术师。全军高级职称评委，中国人民解放军书画艺术研究院艺术委员、二炮分院副院长，中国汉画艺术研究院院长。
几十年来，他潜心于中国画美学理论及传统笔墨技法地研究，并主张全面继承中国的绘画传统，更为崇尚汉代博大雄浑的文化精神，并汲取了汉砖、汉瓦、汉画像石刻艺术的精华，沟通了汉画像石与中国画笔墨之间的灵魂，间收并蓄了浮雕、壁画、唐三彩、剪纸、皮影等民间艺术的精邃，将古汉画之石刻形态转换成新汉画之笔墨形态，将刻意变写意，以笔代刀，整合成为现代的水墨图式，被美术界誉为“王阔海的新汉画艺术”。其作品古朴典雅，狂放而不失精微，洒脱而有力度，形成了自己独特的艺术风貌。

1985年就读于山东艺术学院油画系
1987年考入解放军艺术学院国画系，得到何海霞、黄胄、刘大为等艺术名师的亲授指导
1989年中国画《日月星辰》入选第七届全国美展

1998年在山东砚台美术馆举办“王阔海中国画展”，被中国华侨文学艺术家协会聘任为汉画艺术研究院院长
1999年中国画《巨擘》获99年中国诗人、书法家、画家庆祝建国五十周年暨迎澳门回归书画展铜奖。中国画《倚天长剑》获庆祝建军五十周年全国优秀作品奖，参加由国务院文化部组织的中国画家代表团赴澳大利亚举办“99悉尼中国画艺术展”其新汉画作品引起强烈反响
2000年应邀为中国人民革命军事博物馆绘制历史战争题材的巨作《岳飞抗金图》、《成吉思汗西征》并永久陈列，新汉画作品《游猎图》被国家领导人收藏
2001年与王腾飞合作中国画《整装》获全国庆祝建党八十周年画展优秀作品奖。新汉画《出猎图》获“情系奥运中华书画艺术大展”银奖。主导汉画艺术研究院创刊“汉画艺术研究报”。与画友同仁一起向沂蒙老区济困助学基金会捐款60万元
