柳妍，1967年3月11日生于辽宁，毕业于首都师范大学美术学院国画系。现为中国美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会理事，北京美术家协会会员资格审查委员会秘书长，北京女美术家联谊会秘书长、海淀区美术家协会副主席。2008年国画作品《倒影》、《春馨》、《秋韵》被选入由化学工业出版社发行的《绘画与设计的材料语言》大学教材中。2009年国画作品《花季》入选庆祝新中国成立六十周年全军美术作品展。《又见草原》入选第十一届全国美展。《闲情逸致》入选“2012伦敦奥林匹克美术大会”。
