易凯(1955.11—)湖南长沙人。擅长中国画。1978年在中央民族学院美术系进修，1983年毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系国画专业，1985年考取中央民族学院油画专业研究生。解放军艺术学院教师。作品有《喀什艾提卡尔广场的印象》、《晒秋场》等。《牧羊女》(合作)获第二届全国青年美展三等奖。
