韩朝（本名韩立朝），1970年生于河北。清华大学美术学院绘画系博士，清华大学吴冠中艺术研究中心研究员；北京林业大学园林学院副教授；中国美术家协会会员。
作品多次参加国家级美展和学术邀请展并获奖，部分作品被国内外有关机构或个人收藏。出版有《中国当代艺术家韩朝》、《特质.意象：中国当代青年国画家韩朝》、《21世纪中国美术学博士系列·韩朝》等个人作品集及合集多种，出版文集《涵观别秀》，出版专著《在场的现实——20世纪20至60年代山水画写生研究》。2008年被评为“当代中国画坛70后20杰”之一。韩朝是一位文画俱佳的学者型艺术家，其作品醇厚鲜活，清俊雅逸，既有传统美学意蕴，又具当代审美情怀。
