张耀明，山东诸城人，字淡之，号听风堂，一壶。国家一级美术师。中国美术家协会会员，山东画院高级画师，张择端书画研究院院长，北京中联国兴书画院副秘书长，北京人民艺术家协会理事，央视书画频道特邀艺术顾问，齐鲁山水画研究院副院长，潍坊市美协理事，诸城市博物馆副馆长，诸城市书法美术协会副主席，诸城市政协特聘文史顾问，潍坊市专业技术拔尖人才，享受政府津贴。现为北京凤凰岭书院龙瑞工作室画家。
