杜征麟男，汉族，1949年生，北京人。中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员、北京外国语大学书画协会会长、秘书长，中联国兴书画院副院长，东方白马书画院副院长、中国徐悲鸿画室研修中心教授、北京汉德国际文化艺术发展中心艺术总监、中国书画艺术委员会理事、世侨会艺术委员会理事等职。
多年以来一直在北京外国语大学从事美术教育和美术宣传创作工作。擅长写意花鸟画、人物画并逐步形成自己的艺术风格，作品形神兼备、清丽高雅、情趣浓郁、意境深远，用简括的笔墨抒发对生活的见解和感悟，充满了对生活的一片挚爱之情，因此受到了国内外人士的广泛喜爱。中国美协理论委员会主任邵大箴曾高度评价：“杜征麟的笔墨功底扎实深厚，作品鲜明而大气，洒脱而苍劲，感情含蓄而真挚，具有高贵典雅的艺术气息”。书画作品曾多次在《中国教育报》、《中国旅游报》、《解放军报》、《北京日报》等报刊上发表，作品《盛世春华》被毛主席纪念堂收藏，《春色满园》被中国人民政协礼堂收藏，《春满乾坤》被美国驻南极考察站收藏，《高风亮节》被韩国又松大学收藏，香港凤凰电视台一次就收藏了七幅作品，还有不少作品被中外领导人与各界友好人士收藏。
桃李不言，下自成溪，长期以来，他教学严谨、工作认真、潜心业务、默默奉献、他教授的大学生曾多次在全国书画比赛中获奖，他所教授的外国留学生数以千计，有来自美国、英国、德国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚等国家，也有来自非洲的留学生，培育了一批又一批的书画艺术人才，为弘扬传播中华民族传统文化作着不懈的努力，作为教师——中国传统书画艺术的传播者，可谓硕果累累遍九州、桃李芬芳满天下。
