彭卫军，1973年出生于湖南益阳市。2004年—2006年就读于天津美术学院中国画硕士研究生班；2005年—2007年任教于广州大学，任美术教研室主任及艺术研究所副所长；?2007年—2008年就读于中国艺术研究院研究生院。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会理事，湖南省美协工笔画艺委会委员，湖北师范学院美术学院客座教授，北京丹青盛世书画院院长，未君工作室导师。
????未君着力于发掘与表现传统花鸟画之精髓，经过对中国传统文化的不断反思及对自然之美的深刻领悟，其作品具有丰富厚重、纯朴浪漫、虚静空灵的审美情趣以及表现出现代式的古典情怀。数百幅作品在国内外展出、发表、获奖或被外交部、中央军委、香港特区政府等政府部门、艺术机构和个人广为收藏，在国内举办个人画展近十次，出版个人专著近10种。
