杨立军，笔名力钧，1964年生，北京市人。毕业于北京首都师范大学，早年曾修业于北京画院高研班。现为中国美协会员，北京美协会员，第四届北京美术家协会代表，艺术在场艺术家联合会主席，玲珑美术博物馆名誉馆长，燕赵画院副院长。
自1991年举办“杨立军画展”之后，作品曾多次参加国家及省市级美术作品展览，并多次获金奖、银奖及其他奖项。参展美术作品被中央电视台、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《中国书画报》等新闻单位进行报道，在《美术》、《美术观察》、《国画研究》、《中国画优秀作品集》、《新世纪之歌画集》、《中国改革开放30周年优秀作品集》、《庆祝澳门回归十周年画集》等专业杂志和画集上刊登。
近年来，作者通过“外师造化”并结合内心的感悟创造出独具特点的皴法（枯藤皴）。历代山水大家无不是因他创立了新的皴法而确立了他山水画大家的地位。一部中国山水画史就是皴法史。从作品中不乏见到积极接受西方绘画的影响，并使之与中国传统艺术相融合，从而赋予古老的山水画以新的面貌。师古不泥古，学今不囿今，向自然学习，又超脱于自然之外。融中西而不是简单的中西合璧，而是将古今中西艺术之精华，集人类优秀文明之大成，创造性地体现现代民族精神，使作品成为具有时代风范的现代中国画的审美价值。故而作品遍及海内外。如：美国、法国、日本、韩国、新加坡及中国台湾、香港地区等，部分作品在国内外进行巡回展出，并被国内外美术馆、博物馆和画廊收藏。
