黄祺，女，1983年出生。职业艺术家。2005年毕业于天津美术学院，获学士学位。2010年毕业德国埃森自由艺术学院，获硕士学位，并获大师生称号。2011年任中国美协综合材料与保存修复艺委会学术秘书。
