黄三枝，又名黄怀宁，江苏扬州人。2000年毕业于中国美术学院，2008年获南京大学美术研究院艺术硕士(MFA)，师从著名艺术家吴为山教授，同年被特聘为南京大学美术研究院客座讲师，2010年深造于张旭光书法研究工作室。
现为南京书画院特聘画家，中国美术家协会联谊中心理事。数百余幅作品被各大机构和艺术爱好者收藏，工作室位于北京宋庄镇徐宋路宋庄国画院对面。
王伯敏先生为黄三枝题赞“近古流传，气韵大象”，并交换作品；吴为山先生题赞“以书法之意写之，文心若水，穷造化之变幻，得草木形神韵之万态”，并交换作品给予鼓励；陈大羽题词“开创新风”，并交换作品。
作品陆续在《中国书画》、《中国画家》、《茶博览》、《荣宝斋》、《中国商贸》、《墨痕》、《扬子晚报》、《美术报》、《中国书画报》、《美术界》、《道邦艺术》、《艺术界》、《艺术与收藏》、《美术天地》、《收藏家》、《书画研究》、《中国画研究》等著名报刊杂志发表。
1999年《逍遥游》入选第五届国际茶文化艺术大展，并被中国茶叶博物馆收藏；
2000年《冷香清艳》入选全国牡丹邀请展；《荷塘茶香》入选中国文联新世纪中国画展，并获铜奖；《品茶读书图》入选第2届中韩水墨画大展并获银奖；《春色无声》入选中国美协主办的新时代中国画展；
2002年《品茶得道》系列17幅作品被中国美院文化艺术中心收藏，《百花齐放》参加中国美协主办的全国美术作品大展，《品茶养寿》被香格纳总裁劳伦斯收藏；
2003年《古人诗意》获全国精品扇面二等奖，《蔬果养寿》入选全国第二届中国画大展；
2004年－2005年6月受建设摩托的资助，黄三枝等三人开始“三人万里行”采风活动，骑摩托车行遍祖国山河5万余里；
2005年10月参加杭州“西湖文献”展，以及“传统与现代”提名展等；作品《稳操胜券》参加江苏美术馆邀请展；同年黄三枝朱涛青岛邀请展举办；
2007年养墨堂签约“水墨七贤”展；
2008年江苏美术馆“水墨七贤”展；“水墨七贤”湖北美术学院展；亚明美术馆展等；
2009年养墨堂主办的“从心开始”黄三枝个展在南京清凉山养墨堂美术馆举办；
2010年“万里行”写生展在文化名城敦煌酒泉举办；
2011年“水墨七贤”南京养墨堂美术馆，汉方美术馆邀请展；《中国画家》杂志“一半山水，一半城”邀请展；
2012年获新华网收藏界关注奖；
2012年12月，“笔墨心象－黄三枝中国画展”在山东青州书画艺术城美术馆成功举办；
2013年6月，在青州个展成功举办的基础上，"笔墨心象－黄三枝中国画展"在济南市山东广播电视台美术馆展出，作品在山东乃至全国艺术界引起巨大的关注。

Huang Sanzhi, name yellow bosom is peaceful, jiangsu Yangzhou person. Was graduated from Chinese academy of fine arts 2000, obtained Master of art of academy of Nanjing university art 2008 (MFA) , division is taught from famous artist Wu Weishan, of the same age is hired to be instructor of guest of academy of Nanjing university art especially, took advanced courses to study atelier at Zhang Xu smooth calligraphy 2010.
