陈濂波，又名石天、古砀山人，号萍风堂、随安精舍.出生于安徽省砀山县，曾进修于中国美术学院中国画山水专业。2004-2005年深造于北京画院高级高级创作班杨延文工作室。现为中国美术家协会会员、为中国书法家协会会员。书法作品入展2005届中国画大展、全国第四第五届当代山水画作品大展、中国美协举办的丹青翰墨庆回归全国大赛铜奖，中央电视台中国画艺术作品大展优秀奖。全国著名画家中国画作品邀请展。山水画作品发表于《国画家》、《中国书画报》、《荣宝斋》、《当代名家杂志》等，作品被东莞虎门博物馆、深圳大学、紫光阁等多家单位收藏，并在国内多次举办个人书画展。
