汤滨，字：涵清。皖人，祖籍江苏。军旅实力派书画篆刻家，系中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，解放军北京军区美术书法创作艺术委员会委员。毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系，擅长书画篆刻创作。

自幼喜爱书画，80年代初开始书画篆刻理论研究，师从著名书法家欧阳中石先生、中国美协主席刘大为先生。富有著述，曾撰文《试论篆刻章法与构设的关系》、《论篆刻刀法与残破技法的艺术关系》、《论书法艺术继承与创新的反思》、《略论思想感情在书法创作中的表现》、《试论中国画的线与墨的重要性》等。发表于《解放军报》、《书法艺术》、《中国书画报》、《青少年书法报》，编入《中国中青年书法论文集》、《中国美术论文集》。作品曾多次参加全国、全军书画大展，并赴日本、美国、韩国、澳大利亚、香港、台湾等国家和地区展出，获奖收藏。传略收编《中国书法家、美术家选集》、《中韩书画大家精品大典》、《中国美术书法界名人名作博览》、《中国当代篆刻家大辞典》、《当代华人书画篆刻名家大辞典》、中国二十世纪《中华民族书画长卷》、《21世纪人才库》(中英文版)，《东方之子世界书画家辞典》、《科学中国人，中国专家人才库》、《二十一世纪实力派书画家精品大辞典》。

1989年3月，获全国首届“艺友杯”书画篆刻联谊展书法一等奖。

1991年4月，在北京举办“汤滨书画篆刻展”受到了首都艺术界的广泛好评，期间受到中央电视台、新华社、中央人民广播电台及首都各家刊物的纷纷报道。

1996年7月获“中华民族艺术书画大赛”书法作品民族一等奖。8月获“运酒杯全国书画大赛”书法组一等奖。

1998年12月国画《清韵》在泰国第二届华人艺术大奖中获金奖。

1999年，国画作品《特种兵》入选全军第九届美展。

2000年12月，国画作品《特种兵》获“世界华人艺术大赛”银奖。

2000年10月，出版发行《汤滨画集》。

2001年5月，出版发行“中国当代书画名家精品系列--汤滨专辑”。

2002年5月，中央电视台文艺频道专题报道：《情系军营》--记军旅青年书画家汤滨。

2002年6月，国画作品《女兵连锣鼓队》入选全军第十届美展。

2002年、2003年曾担任中国收藏家协会举办的第一、二届中国书画之星精品大展评委。

2004年12月参加中央电视台《家园》栏目“汉字与中国书画”专题报道。。

2005年10月，国画作品《牧羊曲》入选“首届中国写意画展览”；国画作品《雏鹰》入选“第六届中国体育美术作品展览”，由中国体育博物馆收藏。12月荣膺“中国电影百年书画大展金奖”
