唐晖，男，1968出生于中国武汉，1987毕业于中国湖北美术学院附中，1991毕业于中国北京中央美术学院壁画系，1997参加日本ARCUS艺术基金艺术家居住计划，现任中央美术学院壁画系副教授，在读博士，副系主任，目前在中国北京生活和工作。90年代，参与了多次重要的全国艺术大展，其中有“第一届中国当代艺术展”“中国当代油画展”等。同时期广州的《画廊》、湖北的《美术文献》等杂志也作为重点介绍的艺术家。

2002年为“上海双年展－都市营造”完成了他的重要装置作品《唐城计划》系列。
2008年的秋天，唐晖在纽约举办了他的第二个个展，展览主题为《BeijingHomeboy》，作品刊登在美国著名的艺术杂志。作品《灯楼》参加“地图游戏”巡回展，往来于英国伯明翰和意大利特尔尼的美术馆。
