杨春生(1932.2—)笔名千石，辽宁锦县人。擅长连环画、年画。毕业于冀察热辽联合大学鲁迅艺术学院美术系及华北鲁迅文艺学院美术系。历任《东北画报》社、《辽宁画报》美术记者、美术创作员。文化部、国家新闻出版署等授予“优秀编辑奖”。年画《胖嫂回娘家》入选第七届全国美展，并获年画三等奖；连环画艺术插图多次入选全国美展并获奖；《雪中情》、《双鸡图》、《情思》、《关东腊月春》等作品在新加坡、马来西亚、美国等地展出。
