陆千波，1973年11月生，浙江宁波人，先后毕业于解放军艺术学院、中国国家画院，中央美术学院中国画学院写意人物创作艺术硕士学位研究生。空军政治部文艺创作室创作员。系中国美术家协会会员、北京市美术家协会会员，北京丰台区美协副主席。
国画作品先后参加第十届全国美展、第二届中国美术“金彩奖”全国美术作品展览、首届全国青年国画年展铜奖、第二届北京国际美术作品序列展、全国第六届体育美展、全国第五、六届工笔画大展优秀奖、第十、十一、十二届全军美展二等奖和优秀奖、改革开放三十周年全国美展、2008奥林匹克美术作品大展，2014年中国梦强军梦军事题材美术作品展览，2015年铸魂鉴史珍爱和平纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年全国美术作品展览，2015年纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年全军美术作品展览优秀奖，上海美术大展“白玉兰”二等奖，多幅作品被国内外重要美术馆、博物馆收藏。
