董文运画作

1956年5月出生于山西省原平县。1975年应征入伍，在部队服役五年。1980年考入浙江美术学院(现中国美术学院)中国画系人物专业。1984年毕业，获文学学士学位，分配往山西大学美术系任中国画专业教师，后又调入山西省画院任专职画师。1990年考取浙江美术学院国画系人物专业研究生，师从宋忠元教授、吴山明教授。1993年毕业，获硕士学位并留校任教。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国美术学院教授、硕士生导师，中国画创作实践与理论研究博士。
主要作品
《新嫁娘》入选全国首届中国画作品展；
《矿工》入选全国中国画人物画作品展，并获银奖；
《红高粱》入选全国第九届美术作品展；
《咱们的领袖》入选建党80周年全国美术作品展；
《黃土情》入选第十届全国美术作品展；
《胡雪岩创办胡庆余堂》入选浙江省重大历史题材精品展。

《中国绘画、书法线条分析》发表于《新美术》1995年第2期；
