宋守安，山东即墨人，现为中国美术家协会会员，即墨画院名誉院长。多年来主要探讨和创作国画山水与水彩画风景，作品曾参加过多次全国美展、其中水彩画《乡恋》获全国十届美展铜奖、1992年和1999年分别赴美国和西班牙举办个展，并正式出版有《宋守安山水画选》。
