王德亮，山东潍坊人，毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系，中国美术家协会会员，现为济宁市孔孟书画院专职画家。
作品多次参加文化部、中国文联、中国美协等单位举办的各级展览并获奖。参加重要展览有：《第二届全国中国画展》、《海潮杯全国中国画展》、《第二届全国山水、风景画大展》、《2004年全国中国画展》、《纪念抗日战争胜利60周年全国中国画展》、《第二届全国人物画展》、《庆祝建国55周年全国青年国庆书画展》、《第三届北京国际双年展———中青年精品展》、《第三届全国画院优秀作品展》等。作品多次在《美术报》、《中国书画报》、《美术大观》、《国画家》等各级专业性报纸、杂志发表介绍。并先后在济宁、江苏等地举办个展及联展。多件作品被中央电视台、中国美术家协会等国内外艺术机构及私人收藏。
