李小成，字越吉。山东章丘人。1983年10入伍，1987年入党，大学文化。1990-1992年入中央美术学院中国书画专业证书班学习；2003年参加全军首届书法创作研讨班；2003年入中央美术学院国画系第二工作室硕士主要课程班学习；现就职于中国人民解放军海军某部。中国书法家协会会员，中国美术家协会会员，中国楹联协会书法艺术委员会委员。1990年书法作品获铁流杯中国书画大赛书法家组荣誉奖；1991年参加全军书法篆刻作品现摩展；1998年在北京举办《李小成山水小品》展；1998年国画《舍小家顾大家》入选抗洪精神赞全军美展；1999年国画《窗口》入选聂荣臻元帅诞辰百年纪念展，并被收藏；1999年国画《山水》入选海军五十年美术作品展；1999年国画山水入选全军九届美术作品展；1999年国画山水入选全国跨世纪全国山水画展，并获铜奖；2000年书法作品入选全国第八届中青年书法篆刻家作品展；2001年国画《门球》入选全国将军杯书画大赛，并获银奖；2002年国画《门球队员》入选全国第五届体育美展；2002年国画《海鸥，白云》入选第十届全军美术作品展；2003年书法作品入选全国第八届书法展；2004年获全国首届自撰楹联书法展铜奖。
