郭洪权，1971年生，辽宁省盖州市人，中国美术家协会会员，2006年毕业于鲁美成教学院中国画专业，2010年进修于北京画院袁武工作室，现为北京台湖国画院专业画家，臻纪签约艺术家。
2005年，作品《秋实》入选　2005　年全国中国画展。
2006年，作品《金风》获第六届全国工笔画展优秀奖。
2006年，作品《秋韵》获“远大杯”北京国际双年展备选资格展优秀奖。
2006年，作品《金色十月》获纪念长征七十周年全国中国画展优秀奖。
2006年，作品《秋天的故事》入选　2006　年全国中国画展。
