刘大鸣，字精然。1974年生，江苏邳州人。中国美术家协会会员、一级美术师、中国工笔画学会会员、刘大为工作室画家、清华大学美术学院苗再新工作室助教、上海浦东书画院特聘画家。市政协委员、先进个人、十大杰出青年。

作品《城市变奏曲之海上明珠》获辉煌浦东全国中国画大展最高奖，《城市变奏曲之融合》获齐白石全国中国画大展最高奖。《舞动的城市》入选第四届全国青年美展，《城市变奏曲之海上明珠NO.2》入选2011年金陵百家全国中国画大展，《潮》、《远客》入选全国第七、八届工笔画大展，《享受阳光》入选2011年全国中国画年展。2012年《空间》获翰墨新象全国中国画展最高奖，《城市变奏曲之现代中国》入选全国中国画展。参加“全国名家邀请展”。

出版《中国当代名家刘大鸣》。作品入编《刘大为工作室写生作品集》、《走进生活·刘大为工作室水墨写生集》、《中国画名家作品集》。多幅作品发表于《美术报》、《艺术市场》、《中国书画报》、《当代画坛》、《美术》、《国画家》、《今日艺术》等国家级报纸及杂志，并被中国国家画院美术馆、上海美术馆、齐白石纪念馆、江苏美术馆及日本、韩国等国内外机构及个人收藏。
