晏阳(1957.5—)辽阳人。擅长中国画。1981年辽宁省艺术师范学校美术专业毕业留校，1993年鲁迅美术学院中国画专业研究生毕业留校任教。中国画《凝》入选首届全国中国画展览；《两个画家》入选纪念抗日战争及世界反法西斯战争胜利50周年美术作品展；连环画《笨耗子的故事》入选第八届全国美展。
