马士颖，字墨夫，号鲁风。祖籍山东肥城，1972年生于古城西安。自幼随其父当代密体山水画创始人马继忠教授深居秦岭太白山近十载，得山之灵气，后又于西安文理学院艺术系毕业，走上了山水绘画之路。06年研修于中国美协高研班。08年被评为中国画坛70后20杰画家，同年被评为当代30位最具学术价值与收藏潜力的(山水)画家。现为中国美协山水画创作室画家，中国美协陕西分会会员，中国山水画研究院研究员，山东省当代艺术院名誉院长，中国书画艺术家创作中心一级书画师。
作品多次入选全国大展并获奖，其中作品《秋乐》在上海“朵云轩”展览并被收藏。作品《秋山芳菲樵夫归》被中国书画报社收藏，同时被命名为2002年度中国青年美术家百杰。作品及传略收录于《当代中国书画名家精品大典》、《中国当代书画名家珍品选》等多种辞书。出版有《马士颖专辑》、《马士颖山水画集》、《马士颖山水小品集》。04年参加广州艺博会，大部分作品被大陆、港、澳、台及东南亚收藏家收藏，05年参加北京、山东、大连艺博会，作品纷纷被收藏家认可并收藏，受到画坛高度重视及关注，业内评语为极具收藏潜力的青年画家
