张君逸（1905-1969）安徽歙县人，字昌骥，号新安居士，著名爱国民主人士，新安画派代表人物之一，国画大师张翰飞之子。毕业于清华与燕京大学，北平《晨报》编辑，民国中国画学研究会，中华书画研究会会员，书法绘画极具个人特色，近承新安画风，更富宋人底蕴，笔墨仙风道骨，上世纪二三十年代享誉北平画坛。
抗战期间，毅然从北平返回安徽投笔从戎，时任国民革命军第二十三集国军上校秘书科长，在此期间，黄山上的“大好河山”摩崖石刻就出自他手书，并率属下江兆申，罗长铭等三人集体创作了“立马空东海，登高望太平”的巨大石刻以示抗战胜利的决心。1943年解甲归田后一直致力于维系父亲创办的定山学堂，以教育兴国的方式报效国家与民族。1944年及1945年分别在屯溪与上海举办个画展，画展所得半数用于学堂的费用，并资助共产党游击队的对敌斗争。
1955年参加安徽五老画展，并任安徽艺术学校山水画老师，及省群艺馆等三地教学点教授国画，为建国初期合肥的美术人材培养做出了贡献。其艺术造诣深厚，知识渊博，得广大师生赞誉。教学之余编著的数十万字《新安画派继承与发展》手稿佚失于动荡年代，“四清”直至文革期间因所谓“历史问题”谴回老家受迫害致死，生前仍将17件珍贵书画（包括与张大千、黄宾虹等人合作的扇面）捐赠给歙县博物馆，坚信有一天他能回到讲台。1980年获得平反，1981年子张仲平集其部份遗作，在安徽画廊隆重举办了《新安张氏翰飞君逸仲平书画展》。
