张小磊，1982年出生于山东省济南市。2005年毕业于中国美术学院中国画系，2008年毕业于中央美术学院中国画学院，师从唐勇力教授，获硕士学位。现为解放军艺术学院美术系讲师，中国工笔画学会会员。
