徐邠，87年毕业于南京师范大学美术学院。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国壁画学会会员，扬州大学艺术学院副教授、硕士生导师。作品并在中国美术馆、江苏美术馆、美、加、新、马、韩、港、澳、台等地展出并被收藏。

出版画册《当代实力派画家--徐邠画风研究》、《美术家徐邠》、《徐邠国画作品》、《艺术名家.花鸟卷》等，《美术》、《画刊》、《艺术界》、《美术界》、《中国画家》、《东方美术》、《中国书画研究》、《画坛》、《中国画清赏》、《当代美术》、《美术家画报》等杂志发表并介绍；作品集入《中国当代工笔画作品精选》、《元曲三百首书画集》、《中国画大潮流》、《中国画三百家》、《枫叶奖国际水墨作品集》、《新世纪全国中国画、书法精品集》、《当代美术家画库》、《江苏省中国美术家协会会员中国画作品集》、《2005中国百家金陵画展友情展作品集》、《全国著名书画精品集》、《扬州八怪十景》等大型画集。
