毕学军（又署汕夫.老毕），1961年出生于辽宁沈阳，1990年毕业于鲁迅美术学院，留校任教。1996-1997年于中国美术学院国画系山水专业研修；2014中国国家画院访问学者。现为鲁迅美术学院视觉传达设计系教授，中国美术家协会会员，辽宁湖社书画研究会理事。
