王哓峰，1951年生，浙江永康人。早年曾在广州美院国画系就读。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，齐齐哈尔画院名誉院长，齐齐哈尔美术家协会主席，获93/94届英国剑桥授予的世界名人证书及97届美国纽约授予的世界著名艺术家证书。
其国画作品曾参加第七届全国美展、第九届全国美展、全国首届花鸟画展、中国画三百家画展、纪念“五·二三”讲话发表六十周年画展，全国美协会员二届、三届中国画精品展。获国际金奖三次、银奖一次，省金奖、银奖多次。1987年赴中国美术馆展览作品《春消息》被中国美术馆收藏，1994年《春酣》作品被国民党名誉主席连战先生收藏，先后十几次在香港、台湾、杭州、广州、山东、湖州、无锡及日本举办个人画展，出版个人画集六册。2007年被评选为当代30位最具学术价值与市场潜力的山水画家。
